It is essential for me to be transparent about my methods and to collaboratively navigate the path toward your desired outcomes. Together, we tailor our approach to find the strategies and partnership that work best for you.
My professional foundation lies in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI), all of which are evidence-based practices. However, the most crucial aspect of our conversations is to establish a space characterized by safety and equality, where change and development can occur. In addition to my qualifications as a licensed psychologist, I hold a specialization in psychotherapy, am a member of the Danish Psychological Association, and adhere to the shared Nordic guidelines for ethics and confidentiality.
